On Monday the 15th of August we started our youth camp. We were blessed tohave Pastor and Sister Bailey along with their group from Wisconsin. We couldnot have done it without them.
We had awonderful week of prayer, worship, preaching, teaching, food, fun, sports, games, etc. Sister Bailey taught us in the mornings, while Pastor Bailey preaching in the evenings and we blessed by the anointed teaching and preaching which stirred us and encouraged us.
Overall wehad one baptized and two filled with the Holy Ghost, four healed and manyeither received their calling or had their calling confirmed. There is a bunchof young people all excited and ready to do something for God.
The next Friday we kept the fire going by having a youth service. The on fire youngpeople from YOF who benefited from the youth camp were back worshipping and praising God. Benjamin preached and we had an awesome altar call. And I believe many got some stuff out of their lives.
Youth Pastor Comments:
We had a wonderful month, the youths has indeed been blessed. They are on fire and readyto do great things for God. We are all growing and getting closer to God.
Report on goals frommonth:
We were ableto get the rooms and everything ready for youth camp. We did not get the onefrom every island we wanted, but I thin we got what we could have handled. Considering that it was our first time hosting a youth camp. We will be better equipped next year. We were able encourage the youths at our youth camp and I believe they have left with a burning desire to do something for God.
Goals:
We plan to teach, train and encourage then youths to walk in the spirit. We will be focusing on the theme for the month “Walking in the Supernatural”. And we expect to see great things done through the youths.

The theme for the month was: 'Obedience to the word of God'.
The month started out with happy-sad time for YOF. We had a bon fire and celebrated the arrival Benjamin Smith, but had to say goodbye to our friend Brandon Thomas. Had a wonderful time fellowshipping together.

On the 10th was our youth service, had great worship and wonderful preaching. Benjamin Smith and Eugene Browne did an awesome job preaching the word.
The next week signaled the arrival of a young man who has a burden for Antigua and has always wanted to return to the island ever since he left as a child. That Friday we had an on the spot topic search. Everyone enjoyed it and there was great participation.
We had a bible quiz the next Friday. There was more participation than previous ones. Many of the youths studied which made it an even better quiz.
Sadly we didn't have any youth meeting on the 29th because of the carnival activities happening which could have put the bus drivers in danger.
Youth pastor comments:
Overall we had a great month. The youths are getting stronger and closer to God. We have some wonderful young men who are on fire for God witnessing and preaching the word. There is a growing attendance in youth. God is doing great things through there lives. I am well pleased.

We are working hard to get everything ready for the youth camp, which will be held August 15-20. Our goal is to have at least one young person from every church in the leeward Island. Encourage them and send them home with a burden to reach the Lost of there nation. The theme for the month of August will be, 'Going beyond what is required' and we will be working hard to emphasize it.
